Why Is My Generation Taking So Long?

• Video generation (Text-to-Video, Image-to-Video) and Model Lab results take longer than a simple Magic Edit pass.
• Processing may take longer during peak usage hours.
• Track progress via the status indicator in the Workspace.

If a generation seems stuck well beyond the normal range, check your Media Library — it may have completed.

Why Did My Generation Fail?

• Unsupported or corrupted file format.
• Content policy flag on the prompt or upload.
• Temporary high server load.
• Insufficient credits.

Credits spent on a failed generation are automatically refunded.

Why Are My Results Low Resolution or Blurry?

• Your source photo may itself be low resolution or out of focus.
• Your plan tier's export resolution may be capped.
• Run the result through Upscale in Magic Edit for a sharper version.
