How Do Credits Work in Stocktree?

Credits are Stocktree's usage currency. Every action in the Workspace — a Generator result, a Magic Edit pass, a Model Lab generation — uses a certain number of credits depending on the feature and complexity involved. Your monthly credit allowance is tied to your plan, and your current balance is always visible in the Dashboard.

Credit costs vary by feature and are always shown before you confirm an action inside the Workspace.

How Do I Check My Remaining Credits?

  • Your balance is always visible from the Dashboard.
  • Before any generation in the Workspace, Stocktree shows you the credit cost and your balance after the action.


What Happens When I Run Out of Credits?

  • Everything you've already generated stays exactly as it is.
  • New generations are paused until you top up or upgrade.
  • Free plan credits reset at the start of each monthly cycle.


Can I Buy Additional Credits Without Upgrading My Plan?

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Buy Credits.
  2. Choose a top-up size.
  3. Complete payment — credits are added immediately.

Do Unused Credits Roll Over to the Next Month?

Free plan: credits reset monthly and do not roll over.

  • Pro and Expert-Business: unused credits roll over up to a cap — check Settings → Billing for your limit.


Why Was I Charged Credits for a Failed or Unsatisfactory Generation?

  • A failed generation (technical error) is automatically refunded.
  • An unsatisfactory but successfully completed result still uses credits, since the AI did generate a valid output — refine it in Magic Edit rather than starting over.
